MEDICARE WAIVERS ACCEPTED

Services are paid for by Medicare waivers. Medicaid-funded waivers allow people who have developmental disabilities to stay in their homes and get support.

We also accept:

CLIENT ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

Our philosophy is to teach clients to be as independent as possible. Our clients participate in a variety of activities including:

• Annual Holiday Party Bowling
• Wild Lights at Columbus Zoo and Aquarium
• Birthday Celebrations
• Summer Barbecue and Employee Recognition
• Community Activities and Programs at:
• YMCA
• Special Olympics
• Columbus Recreation and Parks

KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

All staff members are required to attend initial and ongoing in-service training sessions. The extensive training program includes topics required by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and other training necessary to provide quality care.

New and current staff are trained in the following areas:
